With patient safety as our first priority, we developed a Hospital Assessment Tool (HAT) that automate the process of accreditation and monitor the performance of institutions based on the standards in the system, Auditor can score the hospital based on each standard and on the other side admin can view hospital results with data analytics and graphs for visualization, lastly hospital will have access to the online platform to view the results after approval of the admin and a feature to print a report.

There are 3 types of users:

• ADMIN can view hospitals registered, assign hospital to auditor, view the score done by the auditor, approve the result of the auditor and print reports for hospital results.
